Health & Safety in the Workplace
It is a legal requirement under the “Health & Safety at Work Order 1978” (Northern Ireland) that all employers ensure, where reasonable, the Health, Safety & Welfare at work of his/her employees. Regulation 13 of the Management of Health & Safety at Work regulations (Northern Ireland) 2000 states: “Every employer shall ensure that his employees are provided with appropriate health and safety training”.

3HR / 6HR / 1 DAY COURSE
Basic Manual Handling
This Basic Manual Handling Course is suitable for individuals aged 16 and over, with a maximum of 16 delegates per session. The course can be delivered at your workplace, subject to a pre-course venue assessment, or at an arranged training venue if required. Delegates are assessed throughout the course by the trainer, with guidance and feedback provided to ensure they meet the required standard. Successful candidates will receive certification, which is valid for 3 years.
